Meet Omega AI+.
Omega AI+ is built around adaptive sound processing designed to help speech stand out while reducing distracting background noise. Edge Mode is available on demand for a quick boost in challenging listening situations, and the MyStarkey app puts everyday controls like volume and program selection in your hands. A new generation processor and dual compressor system work together to intelligently vary compression based on your surroundings, aiming for a more natural, comfortable sound.
A quick note: Omega AI+ is Starkey's newest Omega family. You'll see some media on this page from the earlier Omega AI generation, clearly labeled where it appears, since not every detail here applies to that older line.

CUSTOM STYLES
A custom fit for your ear.
Custom hearing aids are molded to the exact shape of your ear, and how much of that mold shows depends on the style. In-the-ear (ITE) sits in the outer ear and typically offers larger, easier-to-use controls. In-the-canal (ITC) shows a smaller portion in the outer ear. Completely-in-canal (CIC) sits mostly out of sight within the ear canal. Invisible-in-canal (IIC) sits deepest and discretion depends on your individual ear anatomy. Manual controls, battery type, rechargeability, and wireless capability all differ by the exact model your hearing professional orders for you — Omega AI+'s rechargeable ITC/ITE and its non-wireless custom family are distinct products, and the non-wireless custom styles do not stream audio or support Bluetooth LE Audio.

ACCESSORIES
Accessories, when they fit your model.
The StarLink Charger 3.0 is available for prescribed, compatible rechargeable models. StarLink Edge accessories — a TV Streamer, Remote Microphone, Table Microphone, LE Adapter, and the StarLink Remote Control 2.0 — add convenience in specific situations. Every wireless accessory requires a compatible wireless hearing aid model; non-wireless models do not stream. The LE Adapter works with compatible USB-C phones, tablets, and computers and with LE Audio hearing aids, but most phones and tablets with a 3.5mm jack are not compatible. Your hearing professional can confirm exactly which accessories work with your specific model.
CONNECTIVITY
Everyday controls, in your pocket.
The MyStarkey app lets you adjust volume, switch programs, use Edge Mode, and locate your hearing aids from your phone. The all-new Auracast assistant can connect to public broadcast audio only where that broadcast is available, and only on supported wireless LE Audio models — exact compatibility varies by your phone, its operating system, and your hearing aid's hardware. We can't promise this works with every phone; bring your phone to your appointment so we can confirm compatibility together. Some models also offer optional wellness features such as sleep tracking, where availability depends on the model and region; these are not a medical diagnosis.

Will Omega AI+ work with my phone?

Is Auracast available everywhere?
